Larry is president and founder of McCool and Associates and has practiced for over 30 years. As the firm's director of design, production and construction observation services, he assures that project delivery meets the client's schedule, project budgets are met and construction change orders on all projects are maintained well below the national and regional averages. In addition to Larry's design creativity, he is particularly knowledgeable of the processes that transform conceptual design into the built project, including strong communications among client, architect and contractor; thorough review of contractor activities, and close coordination on shop drawings and field revisions to construction documentation.

Throughout his career, Larry has demonstrated his abilities in the full range of architectural services from planning and design to construction administration. He has served as project manager, project designer or project architect for airport facilities, hotels, multifamily residential complexes and single-family residences, hospitals and medical facilities, office buildings and office renovation projects, retail centers and public facilities, including schools, zoos, golf courses, exhibit halls and municipal buildings. Larry received his education from The University of Arkansas' School of Architecture, holds a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards Certificate and is licensed to practice in Oklahoma, and Missouri.

Larry’s leadership of a team of more than eight professional consultants produced an exceptional design.
