New Office and Distribution Center

R. L. Hudson has outgrown their current facility. After consulting with several business associates and professionals, and receiving recommendations concerning their reputation, professionalism, capability, and experience, MAPC was chosen to design the new 35,000 square foot facility. The facility will consist of approximately 23,000 square feet of Warehouse and 12,000 square feet of Class A Office Space. The offices feature an open reception and conference room with wood and acoustical fabric paneling, granite floors, custom lighting all under a vaulted exposed bowstring truss roof. The exterior is split face masonry and brick with cast stone details, standing seam metal roofing and green tinted glass curtain wall. Interior finishes of the offices include cherry hardwood doors and trim, wood paneling, carpet, stone tile flooring, and granite counter tops. Under the leadership of Larry McCool, Principal-in-Charge, and Leo Williams, Project Manager, and input from R. L. Hudson personnel, the design and Construction documents were completed in six months. Woody Design Associates served as interior designer for this project
