The client moved into this older John Duncan Forsythe designed home in 1996. After some minor renovations, they decided to add a Master bedroom wing to replace the existing second floor master suite they found to be too small for their needs. The Master bedroom wing addition consisted of a spacious bedroom with fireplace, built-in cabinets and a vaulted ceiling, a master closet with a center island full of drawers, a master bath with whirlpool tub, large shower and a separate toilet. A covered patio with exterior fireplace connected the suite to a new swimming pool and landscaped rear yard. The addition was designed to gracefully blend with the original Forsythe design.
