In 1997, Brad Frank , President of Tulsa Tube Bending Company of Tulsa, reviewed the significant growth his company had achieved over the past several years and determined that if this growth were to continue, changes in the available office space for his successful marketing department would be needed. Along with this need he recognized that the production spaces were dark, poorly lighted and did not present the quality of work environment needed to recruit top quality staff. With these issues in mind, he contracted MAPC to develop solutions for his growing needs. MAPC was able to develop a plan that provided his needed office space within the existing facilities and modifications to the existing production spaces that enhanced lighting with new fixtures and repainting the interior of the buildings to better reflect the lighting provided. The results were dramatic and has helped TTB continue its growth.
Since that first project, he has repeatedly called on our assistance for a variety of projects including complete remodeling of the corporate offices, expansion and renovation of the production offices and production break room, addition of a production staff covered exterior deck, renovation and improvements to the exterior of the existing buildings and staff parking lots.
