New Custom Residence
This new home is being built on a 4 acre site in
an upscale South Tulsa neighborhood. The site dictated a linear design to take
advantage of the existing topography and a new 1/2 acre pond in the rear yard and the extensive
tree filled and landscaped front yard. The client like to entertain so the floor plan
is open from the Foyer to the Family room and Kitchen. The client also
enjoys music so a 1,200 s.f music and
dance room is located 
next to the garage to isolate it from the rest of the
house. The living area ceilings are 20 feet or more high and the entry stair is
cut limestone. The exterior is a French design with a light gray natural
stone veneer trimmed in cut limestone. This home will be truly magnificent.
