Originally designed by Don McCormick, this home was completed in 1959. The client decided to renovate the home for themselves after receiving the home from his mother’s estate. The renovations included enlarging the kitchen, Master bedroom, club room and Adding a covered entry porch. The design converted one of the four bedrooms into a new master bath, created a new spacious walk-in closet in the master bedroom and added new moldings and trim throughout the house. The Master bath included marble countertops and raised tub deck with a marble shower enclosed with glass. Medicine cabinets have mirrored fronts to blend into the mirrored wall. Extensive new lighting was added to highlight furniture, art and in coffered ceilings.
