This new two story retirement home was
designed with entertainment in
mind. The
client was looking for a more casual lifestyle
in their new home
and requested a Country French design. The garage was tucked into the side
of the home to conceal it from the narrow street side property line. The exterior is stucco
with concrete tile roof and clad casement windows to develop
the French style. Timber Trellis’ cover the two exterior patios and a
formal brick and colored concrete entry walk accentuates the front door. The
interior
living room, dining room and kitchen are joined for easy flow during
entertaining. A master suite is tucked in the rear of the plan with access to
the patio. The living room has a vaulted ceiling with four large French wood trusses defining the space.
A very comfortable home.
